This is one of my favorite fall/winter colognes. It is a top sellers around the world, yet not “popular”. What I mean is that you don’t run the risk of running into someone with the same cologne on. The previous three colognes I’ve reviewed Azzaro Chrome, Le Male, and Acqua Di Gio are all popular in the sense. When going to work or out to the bar you’re bound to smell like someone else. You also run the risk of smelling like your lady friend’s previous boyfriend, husband, brother or whatever the case may be. I find Dolce & Gabbana Pour Homme to be very clean, smooth, and in some ways sweet yet spicy. To me it’s a rather complex scent that just gets better as it dries down. This is a best used by the 25+ crowd but could see it pulled off by someone in college, to me it’s to mature for high school. To me I love this cologne for fall and winter. Like I said, for me it has a good bit of spice to it, so much so I wouldn’t use it in the warmer months. There are however folks that say they actually prefer this scent in the spring/summer. Overall Dolce & Gabbana Pour Homme has excellent longevity and projection and is an overall classy and masculine scent.
