Nautica Voyage is a fragrance I bought blindly over the summer. I was looking for an aquatic, but didn’t want to wear Chrome or Cool Water. My search lead me to Voyage. The bottle is a nice heavy design, with a magnetic cap. Overall it’s a nice design and I would say rather well made.

The opening of Voyage is a nice fresh scent. It is not as synthetic or metallic as a Chrome. I found it to be rather pleasing and slightly different. The drydown then begins and goes a different root then most aquatics. It has an almost salty/beach feel to it. The other nice thing about Voyage is that it actually lasts. Now this is going to last 12+ hours like a gourmand. However for an aquatic it outperforms the competition. At the end of the day I can still smell a reminder of Nautica Voyage close to the skin. Nautica Voyage is an aquatic, so with that you’re not going to get major projection here. This is meant for those warm spring days to the hot summer days. You don’t want something heavy with extreme projection. This will get noticed though in the beginning, becoming closer to the skin as the day goes on. I could see anyone wearing this scent, from someone in high school to an older man in a suit. It really works for everyone and will get compliments on everyone.

Nautica Voyage = Try

Overall I believe Nautica Voyage is a good aquatic. There’s nothing groundbreaking here, but it is different. For that I’d say give it a try and see what you think. This will get you compliments in school or work, and could even be worn on a date or summer beach party. I don’t find it to be as popular as other aquatics. I always mark that as a plus, because not smelling like the ex is always a good thing. It can be bough for $20-30, which makes it affordable enough to wear.
